Peter Lancellotti is a musician, author, and podcast host whose work blends storytelling, music, and lived experience. He’s the creator of Indie Tea: Demos to Discovery and the author of Alive After Dying and the Her Immortal Menagerie series. Today, he’s a published musician once again, actively recording and performing as a studio artist. His work explores grief, identity, spirituality, and transformation across multiple mediums.
Lancellotti grew up in New England and began his studies at the Community College of Rhode Island, eventually earning a bachelor’s degree in communication with a philosophy minor from Rhode Island College. Early on, he worked as a Recreational Director at a mental health facility, leading sing-alongs on piano and guitar. A classically trained guitarist since age eight, he’s also a studio musician, currently recording and performing new work.
After years in sales, marketing, and telecom, he pivoted in 2008 to telehealth, studying gerontology at USC. Instead of a Ph.D., he founded a homecare agency in L.A., focusing on LGBTQ older adults. Now, he continues to write and perform, always exploring what’s next in his creative journey.
